I’m a Pilates and Strength Coach with a background in long-term health, including over six years NHS experience as Physical Trainer for Oncology. I specialise in interpreting evidence, making it relevant to the individual and scaling training accordingly.

My purpose is to add value through understanding, structure and education, so training fits your life and lasts.
