Pilates


45minute matt Pilates class to strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase mobility and generally keep you moving well - whatever your lifestyle and hobbies have you doing.

Strenghten, stretch and connect your breath.

Strength Circuit


45 minute full body strength exercises (‘resistance training'), using weights and equipment to increase muscle mass, maintain and improve bone density, improve co-ordiation and general physical robustness.

Suitable for all with modifcations for injury - no matt work.

Pilates for Beginners


Start here…

A 5 week course introducing the foundations of Pilates - showing you ‘How’. Learn the skills and get familiar with key moves (eg. Bridge, How to ‘enage your core') so you can feel the benefit and continue long term.

Wellbeing Community Class


40 minute Gentle Chair-based wellbeing session, combining strength, stretch and balance centreed around making daily life easier and improving health.

Suitable for all.

Join us for this small and friendly class to move your body safely, at your own pace - so you feel and move better.
