Training is written and supported by me, delivered conveniently via App to make following along more seamless. Train independently within your schedule, whilst still benefiting from structure and support of 1-to-1.

Whether it's confidence knowing what to do or when, refining your technique or returning to training, sessions are centred around building your skill and ability, as well as your strength and fitness.

Alongside general coaching, I bring a high level of experience working with injury, illness and long-term health.
With over 6 years experience as Physical Trainer for Oncology (AAC) and advanced qualifications in cancer rehabilitation, exercise referal, pre/post-natal training as well as short courses on Stoma’s, continence and parkinsons, I specialise in adapting training to the individual.
This isn't separate from how I coach, it underpins it.
Whether you're returning to exercise or navigating changes in your body, your training is approached with depth, care and expertise - so you build strength safely, confidently and long term.
