"Your body is your only home for life"
Being active adds so much to my life, it is my purpose to help others add value too. I love being on the fells and make up a lot of my free time stomping, pedaling (sometimes tumbling) up and down them... but I know to keep doing what I do, hopefully, for a long time to come, strength and flexibility are critical.
In saying this, life can deal tough cards and I came to this role through frustration. I noticed a short falling in extra support for those with cancer and other serious physical / mental health conditions, who wanted to harness the benefit of exercise. As our lives evolve, there will be points we must also adapt. To bridge this gap, I've spent the last 6 years working with all ages and abilites (from 14 to 94 years old) to improve wellbeing and access the power of movement, however 'now' looks. Though different reasons 'why', the uniting commiment is to help people improve quality of life, make activity accessable and (I hope) have some fun.

Whether you want to learn a skill, feel better going up hill or you're 'stuck' with injury/ilIness, I will meet you where you are now. In my expereince, most of us could do with a bit of everything when the goal is longevity and with my qualifications (below), we can cherry pick accordingly.
Everybody and every body, is different.
There's no right way to 'be active' but there is nearly always a way, we just take the guess work out of it so you can move and feel better for life.
